I was pleased with Pentagon Oldham Park Road and would recommend them because of the service we received from Craig the salesman

I would not recommend Pentagon Oldham Park Road because they said the log book/handbook would be in the vehicle which it wasn’t... promised delivery of the log book to our local dealership due to being 100 from this garage, 2 weeks after purchase of the vehicle, no log book in sight. Many phone calls to find the whereabouts of the log book, and still none the wiser!

My experience at Pentagon Oldham Park Road was memorable because of the courteous manner that I received. I enquired about a Seat Ibiza of which I was offered a road test even though they had to remove the vehicle from the showroom. I then enquired about the Seat Leon automatic of which I requested a road test, again the vehicle was in the showroom. So pleased with the assistance I received from the salesman Craig Gorman and the Seat Leon I purchased that I told my son whom also went down the showroom and purchased a Seat Ancora.

Pentagon Oldham Park Road staff were good because they made me feel comfortable and completed all the necessary paperwork before hand sorting out service plan, tax etc brilliant

I would recommend Pentagon Oldham Park Road to friends and family because car sales men have a bad reputation but the sales person (Tony) came across as a really genuine bloke. honesty is the best policy ever and in my opinion the whole team were just really good. I can not find any fault with the way Pentagon go about there business
